Awarded CBE in 1934. Principal Assistant Secretary to the Board of Education 1931, Deputy Secretary 1939, retired 1940. Address in 1937 c/o Board of Education SW1. In 1951 address Llangattock Manor, Monmouth. He married G E Moore's younger sister Sarah. |
